Phil is an all round genius*, a title bestowed upon him after decades of experience in innovation.  His wild youth of motorbiking, political protesting and el salvadorian conquest has given way to Phil the family man – but he still has left a wise and rebellious glint in his eye.

He’s never satisfied with the ordinary, or even extraordinary.  It has to be incredible, revolutionary, daring, death-defying.

The only man who can make a purple suit look good, he is the keeper of the mysterious “Impact Edge” and when you think you’ve seen every trick in the book, he pulls another rabbit out of the hat.

Simon Gardner – Co-founding partner

Simon is quite possibly the most enthusiastic man on the planet.

He is a qualified Doctor (the non-medical kind) for whom innovation is a way of life not just his job. This creative whirlwind has an insatiable lust for knowledge. Impact’s battery pack with as many friends as stories, he is a constant source of surprise and ingenuity.

The maestro of DIY, he is the company’s “builder and doer”. He crafts a workshop rather like putting together a flatpack. He turns hundreds of separate, disjointed parts into an amazing finished piece – a vision of delight for his clients and an inspiration to the rest of us.

Family now come first but his sporting past lives on in his passion for his favourite football team and his 10 mile cycle to work.

Nick Fawcett

Nick is our knight in shining armour who triumphs in every challenge before him.

Nick earned his creative stripes in a long and varied retail career, where he gained respectable notoriety for his fun events and pioneering service initiatives.

Nick has an enviable ability to lift any room and his healthy mix of unabashed ingenuity, eternal optimism and professional realism gets the job done to the highest standard. No taboo too far, Nick charms his way into the hearts of colleagues and clients alike as Impact’s lovable jester and master-ice breaker.

Nick is a passionate and experienced traveller and has scoured the world on his quest for the perfect Pina Colada. And being the genius rock ‘n’ roll guitar maester he is, he’s even got a kick-ass song about it! (free download coming soon)

Sharron Fenemore

Sharron is a member of an elite few who can turn common sense into a work of art, producing amazing results effortlessly.

Professional but not stuffy Sharron brings 15 years marketing experience from the Financial Services Sector where she was as well known for her implementation skills and bringing propositions to life for customers and staff as she was for the idea itself.

With her boundless energy and vibrant smile don’t let those glamorously manicured nails fool you. Fiercely competitive, there is no sitting on the side lines for our girl. No challenge is too big or small for Sharron. She is the creator of adventures and experiences for all that know and meet her – not least her 9 year old son and his friends.

Charlotte Leyland

We don’t think it’s too bold to say our Charlotte was born to coach. She brings a wealth of experience to Impact from varied roles and time spent in France, South Africa and Swaziland. With a love of language whether native or foreign, she is Impact’s personal spellchecker. Passionate about people and communication, she makes building rapport look like child’s play.

Don’t be fooled by her “softer” Impact edge for her quiet determination and commitment to achieving results for company and clients is not to be underestimated.

Her stand-ups are legend and she is the close guardian of Impact’s Freshness Days. Alarm clock and taxi for two young men, she is also the lemon drizzle cake queen of the office.

Ingrid Brandon

Ingrid is quite simply the most naturally charming person we know and our very own intrepid explorer. Getting to know new people and becoming everyone's friend is her gift and hobby.

She brings a breath of fresh air to any situation and is a co-active life coach, the training for which she describes as “life-changing”.

Ingrid’s background lies in Financial Services, where she enjoyed a high flying and successful international career in life and health insurance.

And when she’s not planning her next expedition or perfecting her latest chat-up line, she can be found in the kitchen experimenting with her prime passion – food!

Kim Ellwood

Kim is our creative wizard who brings a level of sophistication to our graphics which amaze and delight colleagues and clients alike.

But her talents don’t end there. Her artwork has been published and she is making a name for herself in greeting card design. Adding in her love of photography, you can see she is great to have in the team!

Kim is our constant and never ending source of smiling energy. Always happy, she tackles everything with a “let’s go for it” spirit.

She shares with the rest of the Impact team a love of foreign travel. While, at home, she enjoys keeping fit - whether up early walking her lovely Golden Retriever “Max”, or out pounding the streets in her running shoes.
