How the Impact Culture Template works

Step 1 – Culture Scan & Intent  

We start by understanding exactly where you are today and defining where you need to be. This step includes running a whole-culture scan that uses the 5 threads to identify the strengths, gaps and performance blockers. The outcome of the first stage is strong cultural baseline and clear set of priorities for optimisation.  

Step 2 – Thread Deep-Dives & Activation 

We then explore each thread in depth to identify what’s driving or limiting cultural performance. We pull from our Impact Toolkit to complete deep diagnostic work into behaviours, systems, routines and lived experience. We apply practical improvements with hands-on activation to real teams facing real challenges, meaning we see clear cultural improvements tailored to your priority areas. 

Step 3 – Culture Activation & Integration  

We bring everything together into one coherent, self-reinforcing culture. By connecting insights and joining up your leadership, people practices, CX, systems and innovations, we embed new habits, routines and ways of working into the whole organisation. The outcome is a consistent, aligned culture that sustains performance and evolves confidently with change.
